Washington DC Career Trek: Public Policy and International Affairs

The Washington DC Career Trek provided me the opportunity to explore careers in human rights, public policy, and international development through direct engagement with leading institutions and professionals. During the trip, our group visited the USDA, the United Nations in Washington, the World Bank Group, the International Monetary Fund, The Brookings Institution, and The Stimson Center. We also attended Minnesota Morning, met Senator Amy Klobuchar, toured the U.S. Capitol, and observed a live Senate debate.
