I am Darlington Sehgbean, also known as Destined, a Liberian-born first-generation college graduate and Master of Human Rights student at the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs. My work is grounded in lived experience, shaped by civil unrest, migration, and a deep belief in the power of education and advocacy to transform lives. I am passionate about migration policy, refugee protection, and building practical, community-centered solutions that promote dignity, stability, and belonging. Through my work with students, families, and immigrant communities, I remain committed to advancing human rights in ways that create real and lasting change.
